What this service does
This service reads photographs of printed garments and returns an assessment of how the design is attached to the cloth, what that means for washing, and a range of wash cycles the print might reasonably last. It is sold as a subscription with three tiers, in US dollars, with VAT at 20% included in the price shown.
We do not sell garments. We do not print garments and we do not quote for printing. We do not test materials, we do not verify certifications and we do not assess brands.

Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to us first with what happened and what you would like done about it. We will acknowledge a complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within fifteen.
We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme and we do not submit disputes to one. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, your statutory rights and the courts of the United Kingdom remain open to you, and nothing here limits them.
